ERPete (“we”, “us”) provides LinkedIn ghostwriting software for ERP consultants. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

Who we are

ERPete is operated by Shaun Els / ProSize ERP. Contact: shaunels@icloud.com. The service runs at erpete.com and app.erpete.com.

What we collect

Account details: name, email address, and LinkedIn profile identifiers when you sign in with LinkedIn.

Billing details: processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan, trial dates, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.

Content you provide: briefing recordings and transcripts, case studies, ICP settings, tone preferences, brand assets (logos, colors), and draft edits.

Generated content: the LinkedIn post drafts and custom images we create for you.

Usage and technical data: login times, publish attempts, basic server logs, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To create and deliver your daily LinkedIn drafts and images.

To authenticate you, run your trial or subscription, send product email (including morning drafts), and provide support.

To improve the writing process and keep posts on your ERP, stories, and voice.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your case studies to train a public model for other customers.

Processors we use

Stripe for payments. LinkedIn for sign-in and publishing when you connect your account. Resend for email. OpenAI for drafting and transcription. Proxycurl when LinkedIn profile enrichment is enabled. Hosting and database providers that run the app.

Each processor only receives what is needed to provide that part of the service.

LinkedIn

When you connect LinkedIn, we request access to sign you in and, if you choose, to publish a post you selected to your personal profile. Publishing is user-initiated. Nothing auto-posts.

You can disconnect LinkedIn from account settings or revoke access in your LinkedIn app permissions.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember a referral code when present. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep account, billing, and content data while your account is active. After cancellation we may retain records needed for tax, dispute, or security purposes for a limited period, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing shaunels@icloud.com. You can cancel your subscription and stop generating new drafts at any time from account settings.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
