Terms of Service

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms govern use of ERPete at erpete.com and app.erpete.com. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to them.

The service

ERPete generates LinkedIn post drafts and custom images from the case studies and settings you provide. Drafts are suggestions. You choose what to publish.

We may change features, models, or delivery timing to improve quality or reliability. We will not reduce your paid seat count without notice during a paid term.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. LinkedIn is the sign-in method. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Practice Bundle seats are for people in your firm. Do not share one seat across unrelated users.

Trials and billing

Paid plans may start with a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the plan you selected.

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. You can cancel in account settings; access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled case by case—email shaunels@icloud.com.

Your content

You keep ownership of the stories, briefings, brand assets, and edits you upload. You grant us a license to process that content only to run ERPete for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for any post you publish. Do not submit confidential client material you are not allowed to use. Do not invent client names or metrics in briefs if they are restricted.

Generated drafts

Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or off-brand. Review every draft before publishing. ERPete does not auto-post to LinkedIn.

When you use Post to LinkedIn inside ERPete, the selected draft is published to your personal LinkedIn profile as a live post, not a draft saved in LinkedIn’s composer.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to break security, no spam, no unlawful content, and no resale of the service as a white-label agency product without a written agreement.

Third parties

The service depends on Stripe, LinkedIn, email delivery, hosting, and AI providers. Their outages or policy changes can affect ERPete. LinkedIn may change API access or limits at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

ERPete is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee rankings, engagement, leads, or revenue from posts.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the two months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may stop using ERPete at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, abuse, or legal risk. After termination, we may delete account data according to our Privacy Policy.
